I want to thank God for allowing me to run into JR at rooms to go. This was an awesome shopping experience! He is the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with in years! He listened to what I said I was looking for and took me to what I described! He didn’t rush me and allowed me to try the wonderful options that this fabulous store has! I can’t say enough about the quality and look of my new furniture! It is super comfortable and gorgeous at the same time! God is a good God!
Update: our bed got delivered today but it came with two twin bases instead of just one king size base. So disappointed! But the delivery guy was more than helpful. He contacted corporate and has us getting what we asked for originally.
We just went and purchased us a new bed here and we are very excited for it to be delivered. We had been to several stores and the bed We wanted was so expensive until we came here. Very reasonable prices and they don't hover over you at this store. I highly recommend shopping here. Everyone is so nice and they won't let you leave unhappy.

I just purchased some beautiful furniture today! Monique was over the top amazing!!! She handled me with grace and fulfilled every single need! She got me everything that I needed and wanted! She went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos because I was clearly at work. I’m very appreciative and so happy and pleased with my service and my new furniture!

Monique in the Macon store is one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with, especially when purchasing furniture. We were pressed for time to buy furniture for our Mother, and she worked with us to purchase online. Some of the furniture turned out to be a bit large, so she worked very hard in helping us find beautiful replacement pieces. She also gave us the best prices possible. The manager Anthony was top-notch, too. They were both extremely sensitive to our situation. If you would like fantastic furniture-shopping experience, then ask for Monick at Rooms- to-Go on Riverside Drive in Macon.
My experience with Susan was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that me and my family had everything that we needed to assist us with moving into our new home. She helped us to find furniture for every room at a very affordable price. Ms. Susan was very helpful and a it was a pleasure to have her assist us!
JR was wonderful and so helpful. He brought the item I was interested in outside so I isn’t have to get my small kids out and did everything at the car! I thought I was going to have to order my items but JR found them at the store and they were discounted. I would definitely do business with him again. 5 stars!!!!
